The production team in Taguig completed their first CIP last October 27, 2019. Led by John Ronald Rivera, the team composed of Alcher Tumagna, Alexander Suniega, Ariel Rosales, John Ronald Rivera, Michael Tojon and Nelson Kesteria developed a system to improve the packaging of the powder products.
The objective was to limit the deviation of the powder product contents’ net weight to no more than 1%. The team successfully achieved this objective by October 23, 2019. This objective was accomplished in 30 days.
“We will continue to have CIPs in all areas in our production to make ANI a reliable and credible supplier in the markets where we operate”, Construction Division AVP Rico de Guzman said.
