Archon Nell’s Construction Department in tandem with the R&I Department obtained its first concrete repair project with Eagle Cement last February 20, 2019. This was the result of a series of evaluation conducted by the technical staff of Eagle Cement led by Engr. Sid Batugal to ensure the standards of performance and safety were strictly met.
